We’re supporting a large, high-profile organisation in the appointment of a Procurement specialist to join their UK team. This is a great role for someone with 3–5 years’ + experience who wants ownership, exposure and the ability to grow.

The Role

In this position, you will

• Deliver sourcing activity across marketing, brand and communications spend
• Manage a steady flow of projects within an approval threshold
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines
• Support the negotiation and contracting process
• Manage supplier engagement and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement standards
• Expand into wider talent-related categories over time

Background we’re looking for

• Experience running procurement/sourcing activity
• Exposure to marketing / sponsorship / advertising / brand categories
• (or strong interest + partial exposure)
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong commercial mindset with a practical approach
• Confident stakeholder communication
• Able to work independently and take initiative

Broader category knowledge can be learned in-role.
