Role summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional Procurement and Logistics Executive to provide outstanding support for leading the end‑to‑end sourcing, supply chain, and distribution strategy for a fast‑growing global beauty e‑commerce brand. This role ensures that products are procured ethically, cost‑effectively, and delivered seamlessly to our customers worldwide, balancing commercial efficiency with sustainability and regulatory compliance. They will offer proactive assistance to ensure the smooth execution of the day-to-day supply chain and logistics. This role is perfect for someone with a talent for organisation and a passion for building strong relationships with our suppliers across the globe. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver, capable of managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring the smooth daily operation and distribution of our products with efficiency and accuracy.

Key accountabilities

1 Procurement Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies aligned with the business growth and brand values.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and ethical sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across packaging and products, materials.

2 Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee international logistics operations, including warehousing, freight, customs, and last‑mile delivery.
• Optimise all the distribution networks to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery across multiple geographies.
• Partner with suppliers, freight and all carriers to enhance service levels and customer experience.

3 Operational Excellence

• Implement systems and KPIs to monitor procurement and logistics performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management, demand forecasting, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, sustainability standards, and beauty industry requirements.

4 Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development, Finance, and Marketing to align supply chain with launch timelines and campaigns.
• Support Environmental and Social Governance and sustainability initiatives, embedding responsible sourcing and eco‑friendly logistics practices. This should include sustainable packaging, fair labour practices in supply chains, and transparent governance structures that build customertrust.
• Provide strategic input to leadership on cost optimisation, risk management, and scalability.

The Procurement and Logistics Executive may also be requested to undertake other duties in line with the role.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in procurement and logistics within global e‑commerce, retail, or beauty/FMCG sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international supply chain operations, customs, and sustainable and compliance frameworks and governance.
• Skilled negotiator with experience managing significant (in terms of size and scale) supplier contracts.
• Expertise in procurement platforms, and logistics management tools.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability, balancing commercial acumen with sustainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including and up to board level.

Strong relationship builder with the ability to negotiate and influence global suppliers and customers.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience

• Excellent use of technology, especially Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint, highly proficient in Excel
• 3+ years in a procurement and logistics role
• Experience working within an SME business would be an advantage
• Self-starter, capable of using their initiative and with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
