European Graduate Programme in Operations – Supply Chain & Procurement offering hands-on experience in leading production sites across the UK and Ireland.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include

Participate in a 3-year rotational programme across production, brewing, and distilling sites in Leven, Shieldhall, and St James Gate.
Year 1: Focus on continuous improvement roles such as Process Improvement Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or Governance Improvement Lead.
Year 2: Deepen production expertise with roles like Deployment Manager, Digital Manufacturing Lead, and Site Governance Specialist.
Year 3: Develop leadership skills managing teams in roles such as Business Leader, Packaging Team Leader, or Site Operations Manager.
Drive operational excellence, quality standards, and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
Collaborate across teams to innovate and improve supply chain and procurement operations.

About You

What you'll need

Academic degree in Operations Management, Business, STEM (including Engineering), Brewing & Distilling, graduating in 2026 or within the last 2 years.
Proficiency in English and willingness to relocate across UK and Ireland sites.
Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Adaptability and proactive approach to change and challenges.
High standards of quality and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and collaborate effectively.
Continuous right to work in the UK and Ireland; no sponsorship provided.
