Supply Chain Lead

Supply Chain Leader | 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35) | £45/hr to umbrella | 37.5 hrs per week | Hybrid, 2–3 days in Hook

A global organisation is looking fo a Supply Chain Leader to guide planning activity across the UK and Ireland, ensuring strong product availability and aligned forward outlooks across commercial and operational teams.

You’ll coordinate forecasting inputs, anticipate risks, support new product introductions, shape inventory approaches, and help local teams strengthen processes and collaboration across functions.

What you’ll do

• Oversee planning and market supply activity across the UK/Ireland region
• Align forecasts and priorities with commercial, operations, finance, and quality teams
• Identify stock risks early and bring the right stakeholders together to resolve issues
• Support product launches with aligned outlooks and early performance tracking
• Improve planning processes and provide guidance to local teams

What you’ll need

• Experience in a planning or supply chain role within pharma, consumer goods, or similar
• Ability to work across functions and influence without authority
• Strength in interpreting data, spotting trends, and shaping recommendations
• Comfortable working with planning systems (SAP or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
