About the Role:

Our client—a leading global online delivery and grocery platform—is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst based in London. In this strategic operational analytics position, you will optimize end-to-end supply chain planning, grocery inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier performance across regional dark stores and fulfillment hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive inventory replenishment models, demand forecasting tools, and safety stock algorithms to reduce stockouts and food waste.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain metrics including order fill rates, lead times, shrink rates, and warehousing operational throughput.
• Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to evaluate supplier performance, delivery reliability, and commercial SLAs.
• Build automated supply chain dashboards, inventory visibility trackers, and KPI scorecards in Tableau or PowerBI.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses on warehousing layouts, micro-fulfillment center (MFC) operations, and cold-chain distribution logistics.
• Collaborate with regional category managers and store operations leaders to align inventory holding strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Lead supply chain continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and root-cause analysis methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, inventory optimization, or demand planning within grocery, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for complex supply chain data analysis, alongside experience in Python/R for forecasting models.
• Strong hands-on experience building business intelligence dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of inventory theory (EOQ, safety stock formulas, ABC analysis, reorder point calculations).
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational bottlenecks into measurable cost-saving supply chain solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
