Salary: c. £34-£39K per annum, plus excellent benefits package including generous pension scheme and annual leave

Location: Sutton, Surrey (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Contract: Full-time

Are you a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation that operates across multiple sites across the Southeast.

In this pivotal role, you will support the delivery of a robust procurement strategy through effective supplier relationship management, compliance reporting, and high-quality procurement support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a genuine passion for procurement to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier relationship management, including implementing SLAs/KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement exercises (RFQs, tenders, benchmarking) in line with PA2023 and organisational procedures.
  • Provide accurate reporting and data analysis to support compliance, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimise procurement systems, including e-tendering and contract management platforms.
  • Drive category management improvements, including ownership of the utilities category and purchase order scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management and monitoring performance against SLAs/KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights confidently.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities and confidence to work across teams.
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
  • CIPS qualification (or working towards) with strong knowledge of PA2023.
