Our client is a fast-growing snack food manufacturer and distributor, supplying innovative and high-quality snack products to retailers, wholesalers, and consumers across the UK. REED are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis with an immediate start.

Immediate start available

Contract running until 31 October 2026

Potential for extension beyond the initial contract term, subject to business requirements

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:00am to 4:00pm

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Pay Rate

£13 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Processing and maintaining supply chain documentation and records

Coordinating orders, deliveries, and stock movements

Liaising with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments

Updating internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases

Supporting inventory and stock management activities

Tracking shipments and delivery schedules

Producing reports and assisting with general administrative tasks

Ensuring accurate and timely record keeping

About You

The successful candidate will

Have previous administration experience, ideally within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or a fast-paced commercial environment

Possess strong organisational and time management skills

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail

Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Be available for an immediate start
