About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic business based in Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with supply chain, logistics, or procurement experience to play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own transport.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure products and materials are delivered on time.

Liaise with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and transport providers to manage orders and deliveries.

Monitor stock levels and support inventory management processes.

Process purchase orders and track supplier performance.

Resolve supply chain, delivery, and logistics issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

Produce reports and analyse supply chain data to support business decisions.

Work closely with internal departments including procurement, logistics, production, and customer service.

Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

Previous experience within a supply chain, logistics, procurement, planning, or coordination role.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience using ERP, MRP, or supply chain management systems would be advantageous.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.
