Administrator - Supply Chain Team

Pay rate £13.80 per hour (PAYE - £17.50 Umbrella)

Hours; 8am – 5pm

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate administration, effective communication with suppliers and internal departments, and the smooth flow of products through the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor supplier deliveries and update delivery schedules.

Liaise with suppliers regarding order confirmations, lead times, shortages, and delivery issues.

Maintain accurate records of stock movements, supplier information, and procurement data.

Assist with inventory management by generating reports and highlighting stock discrepancies.

Manage and organise supply chain documentation, including contracts, delivery notes, and invoices.

Assist in forecasting and demand-planning activities through accurate data management.

Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and supply chain best practices.

Skills and Experience

Essential

Previous administration experience, preferably within a supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations environment.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
