Day-to-Day of the role

Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

Monitoring supplier performance and delivery schedules.

Maintaining procurement and inventory records.

Coordinating with suppliers to resolve delivery, pricing, and stock issues.

Tracking orders and ensuring timely receipt of goods.

Supporting stock management and inventory planning activities.

Liaising with warehouses, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

Producing reports and analysing procurement and supply chain data.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Providing administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
