Name: Procurement Analyst / Buyer (6-month FTC)
Location: Swindon, hybrid
Sea Global are currently partnering with a leading business in their field, who are looking to recruit a Procurement Analyst / Buyer to join this busy procurement function.
As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all non-trade contracts are accurately set up, maintained, and fully compliant within their central contract library. You’ll be instrumental in managing supplier due diligence and supporting the Procurement team through efficient reporting and governance processes.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supplier setup, including NDAs, financial checks, and coordination with Information Security and Data Privacy teams
- Ensure all assessments are completed in line with company policies
- Maintain the due diligence tracker and log all active requests
- Work collaboratively with Legal to ensure templates are current and compliant
- Support the team in delivering compliant RFI/RFP tender processes
- Assist in drafting, issuing, and collating tender responses
- Produce contract expiry reports, supplier finance change logs, Experian reports, and supplier spend analysis
- Use Power BI as a primary tool for reporting and insights
- Identify process enhancements and implement improvements across procurement workflows and reporting tools
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in procurement administration or supply chain support (ideal, not essential)
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate, or the willingness and aptitude to learn
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy
