What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end customer supply operations, delivering exceptional service across retail, DTC, and B2B channels.
Own and optimise inventory planning and availability strategies to balance growth with operational excellence.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers, ensuring supply aligns with business goals.
Harness data-driven insights to anticipate trends, strengthen forecasting, and improve replenishment strategies.
Drive measurable performance improvements across warehouse operations, fulfilment, and customer service.
Develop, mentor, and inspire your team, embedding accountability, energy, and continuous improvement.
Act as a visible, hands-on leader who influences and collaborates across the business.

Essential experience

Proven leadership experience in customer supply, inventory management, or supply chain within beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing.
Proven experience supporting teams through transformation and change
Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of turning customer and channel insights into actionable plans.
Excellent analytical skills and confidence in data-led decision making.
A collaborative leadership style, skilled at breaking down silos and embedding cultural change.
Passion for customer experience, with the energy, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
