Contract Supervisor

We’re looking for a proactive night supervisor to oversee a key transport-focused contract and ensure high standards of service, safety, and team performance across multiple sites.

⭐ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Lead and support on-site teams and team leaders

Manage staffing levels, rotas, and day-to-day operations

Conduct inspections and audits to maintain service quality

Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships

Ensure Health & Safety compliance

Report on performance, staffing, and operational issues

Support specialist cleaning tasks and provide cover when needed

👥 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

Train, coach, and motivate team members

Handle feedback, conflict resolution, and investigations

Set goals, delegate tasks, and monitor progress

Maintain professional standards and drive company vehicles when required
