This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing position focused on improving supply chain performance, providing data-led insight and resolving operational challenges. You’ll play a central role in maintaining high customer satisfaction through KPI improvements, proactive issue management and strong stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships across both Retailer and Allied Bakeries teams.
  • Leading 30/60/90-day planning meetings to review performance, align future plans and drive continuous improvement.

  • Managing key trading events (e.g., Christmas, Easter) and change periods (e.g., Range Reviews), ensuring robust planning, issue mitigation and post-event reviews.

.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • A clear communicator who builds strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or commercial roles, ideally within an FMCG or retail environment.
  • Able to exercise sound judgement under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Confident working with high volumes of data and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools.
