Supply Chain Logistics Specialist

Dispatch Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring timely delivery to customers and maintaining accurate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and allocation of incoming goods, ensuring accurate quantity and location assignment.
• Collaborate with Operations Admin to conduct weekly stock takes and maintain centralized stock control.
• Implement lean initiatives and promote a safe working environment through regular housekeeping activities.

Goods Out

• Conduct final quality checks before packages leave the site to ensure they meet job packing specifications and internal QA standards.
• Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs while meeting customer expectations for on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desirable: FLT Counterbalance license.
