Job Summary

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of products for orders.
• Process customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Arrange transportation for the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and methods.
• Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year's work experience in operations, understanding export documentation.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize between multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong IT skills. Holding counterbalance and reach truck license - preferred.
• Good work history.
• Must be based within 20 miles of Edenbridge and have own transport.
