Manufacturing Operative Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who have a proven track record of working in warehousing or production environments.

The ideal candidate will be happy to work within a team and individually, with flexibility required across different departments with training provided.

• Experienced in using CNC machines advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work on a rotating shift-pattern, with week 1 being 6am-2pm and week 2 being 2pm-12am.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift/move materials around the site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspections of machinery at the start and end of each shift.
• Ensure accurate documentation is completed to record all production correctly.
• Work effectively within a team and individually to achieve maximum output.
• Be flexible and willing to assist colleagues across the team as needed.
