Responsibilities
- Forecasting: Utilize data analytics to identify trends and optimize sourcing decisions.
- Sourcing & Contracting: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks through proactive communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the procurement function.
- Cost Governance: Establish and maintain accurate savings tracking, highlighting cost reduction opportunities.
- System Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of procurement system data, including material masters, purchase info records, and contracts.
