  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the procurement function.
  • Cost Governance: Establish and maintain accurate savings tracking, highlighting cost reduction opportunities.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of procurement system data, including material masters, purchase info records, and contracts.
