The Procurement Administrator role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication, efficient work order coordination, and effective data management.
- Develop strong relationships with network partners by providing timely updates on upcoming projects and project requirements.
- Evaluate and select network partners based on past performance and previous usage to optimize procurement strategies.
- Streamline work orders to leverage better purchasing options and achieve cost savings.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain multiple systems to ensure all procurement information is current and error-free.
