Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for delivering commercial assurance and financial control across various projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing accurate cost estimates and managing project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Commercial/Contract Management role, with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Finance and working towards professional body membership. Strong understanding of commercial contract management, NEC form of contracts, and financial processes are essential. High proficiency in IT, especially MS Excel, and excellent organisational skills are also required.

- Deliver accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other commercial documentation.
- Monitor project progress, manage cost variations, and deliver timely financial reporting.
- Administer various forms of contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks to protect project outcomes and business interests.
