Supply Chain Associate

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and products within our warehouse operations.

• Loading and unloading international trailers and delivery vehicles is a key responsibility in this position.
• You will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving a wide range of products across different areas of the warehouse.
• Maintaining accurate records and processing paperwork efficiently is crucial to our operations.
• We utilize real-time processing on SAP to streamline our processes.
• You will be managing finished goods movements between factory and distribution centre, from loads to emailing Excel sheets.
• Apart from that, participating in monthly and yearly stock counts is another important task.
• Housekeeping maintenance must be kept at audit standards at all times.
• Picking stock for export orders and ensuring safe packing for dispatch are also essential responsibilities.
• In addition, completing weekly forklift truck checks is mandatory.
• Providing holiday and sickness cover when required is also part of your job.

The ideal candidate should have a valid counterbalance forklift license, computer literacy, knowledge of warehouse management systems ideally SAP, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
• Computer Literacy
