What you’ll do
Being a Supply Chain Product Commercialisation Manager (12M Mat Cover) is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:
- Build strong partnerships and WOW with the Global Costa Platform teams for the ‘How & What’ surrounding Product Change Management project delivery
- Be comfortable with influencing senior stakeholders of the organisation
- Bring a best-in-class working standard to commercialisation for Costa for 3 key project criteria:
- Innovation
- Renovation
- Reformulation Efficiency Savings
- Play a pivotal role in helping to define and shape the Costa 3G process & governance
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in
- An experienced Commercialisation Product Change Manager with FMCG & or retail experience
- Experienced in working in a complex matrix organisation
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
- The ability to think and act with a continuous improvement mindset
- A team player who can work and communicate in a structured & autonomous manner across multiple functions and regions in the business

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into anew home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
