Director of Category Management

We are seeking an experienced Director of Category Management to lead global strategy, positioning, and go-to-market planning for a diverse consumer-focused portfolio. This senior role will shape long-term direction, drive profitable growth, and ensure the offering remains competitive and insight-led. You’ll act as a key strategic partner across the organisation, guiding roadmap development, commercial alignment, and lifecycle planning while keeping customer needs at the centre.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for pricing architecture, category priorities, launch planning, campaign direction, and global performance monitoring. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, senior-level category experience, excellent leadership capability, and the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful action.
