Location: Bristol Airport

We're now looking for a Baggage Handling Colleague to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Sorting luggage to ensure it goes to the correct flight
• Transporting luggage between the terminal and aircraft using baggage carts, conveyor belts, and other equipment
• Loading and unloading baggage onto the aircraft
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the baggage handling area, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Operating baggage handling equipment safely and efficiently
• The role includes regular heavy lifting
• The role includes working outside in all weather conditions

✅this Role Would Suit People Who

• Hold a valid UK driving license (essential)
• Can work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Are confident dealing with challenging situations
• Work well within a team and have excellent communication skills
• Are willing to attend a medical appointment

✅SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

To obtain a full airside ID, you must

• Be able to provide five years' address history
• Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
