Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 17:00pm Friday 7:30am - 11:30am
Location: HM Parkhurst Isle of Wight PO30 5NX
PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- You'll work in a prison environment daily, leading a group of prisoners professionally and safely within a warehouse
- The role includes regular manual handling (up to 20kg), physical tasks, and picking and packing orders, with full training and equipment provided.
- Some periods can be fast-paced, so you'll need to stay organised and calm under pressure.
- As a Team Leader, you'll also take part in hands-on tasks, including preparing and delivering canteen orders on the wings.
- Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse operation
- Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded

- Current three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
- The ability to work in a prison environment, alongside inmates
- A good understanding of warehouse processes, desirable
- Good communication skills across all levels
- Full UK driving license required
