Role Overview

As a Supply Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across supply chain, logistics, and compliance functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, maintain regulatory standards, and support the delivery of high-quality products for our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operational activities within the Berlin site.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and CDMO-specific standards.
• Monitor and improve supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in operations, preferably within a CDMO, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
