What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to recruitment expert, delivering an end-to-end service across multiple business areas. This means:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews and offers – for roles up to HMP1 level, partnering with hiring managers up to ELT level
- Acting as a trusted advisor, taking detailed briefs and guiding managers from the very start of the process
- Driving operational excellence by setting clear milestones, ensuring regular communication, and delivering consistently
- Designing and executing innovative attraction and sourcing strategies, including engaging passive candidates and building strong talent pipelines
- Using market insights to shape sourcing strategies and provide data-driven recommendations
- Coaching hiring managers on interviewing, assessment, and diversity & inclusion best practices
- Leading on employer branding initiatives, diversity recruitment programmes, and candidate experience improvements
- Negotiating offers with skill and balance to achieve great outcomes for both candidates and easyJet
- Promoting easyJet’s employer brand through networking and proactive engagement across online and offline channels
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and brings:
- Significant recruitment experience, including in-house within a matrix organisation
- Experience and understanding of Finance & Procurement roles and the market
- A proven track record in direct sourcing, time-to-fill, and quality metrics
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and impact decision-making
- Experience developing recruitment strategies and campaigns, including in scarce talent markets
- Operational excellence in Talent Acquisition processes
- Creativity and flair for out-of-the-box recruitment approaches
- Resourcefulness and the ability to drive ROI in a lean environment
Location & Hours
This full-time role is based at our Luton offices three days per week, with occasional travel required. You’ll work 40 hours per week.
