Supply Chain Planner (Senior Associate) - Basingstoke, Hybrid)

Hybrid working (50% office)

12 month Contract (initially)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Planner to support the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products into the UK market. You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, reliable order fulfilment, and high service performance across multiple logistics partners.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate product replenishment from global manufacturing sites
• Monitor inbound shipments and resolve supply issues
• Manage stock levels across UK logistics hubs and minimise aging stock
• Support order fulfilment for a direct-to-pharmacy model
• Track service levels, investigate issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Report key supply chain KPIs and contribute to process optimisation and automation

What you'll bring

• 3+ years' experience in supply planning or inventory management (pharma/FMCG preferred)
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• A collaborative, detail-focused approach

Nice to have

SAP, PowerBI/Tableau, experience with 3PLs, and knowledge of UK GDP regulations.
