Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing

Participate in five immersive rotations covering Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Transport Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management
Gain hands-on experience and challenge yourself in both strategic and operational roles
Collaborate across teams to contribute to sustainable and innovative supply chain solutions
Work on real-world projects that support carbon reduction and community-focused initiatives

About You

Graduates in supply chain management, logistics management, business management, or related disciplines
Passion for supply chain and sustainable growth
Curious, adaptable individuals with problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
Strong communicators who enjoy collaborative teamwork

Compensation & Benefits

Salary of £30,000 in Year 1, increasing to £32,000 in Year 2
