Procurement Analyst/Consultant

Based in Oxford Circus , Central London, 4 days office.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our growing team. This role involves managing and delivering key elements of client projects, from supplier market analysis to tender execution and evaluation. The successful candidate will play a central role in advising clients, leading analytical workstreams, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest professional standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing procurement data from multiple sources to develop sourcing strategies, identify savings opportunities, and report findings to the senior management to support business decisions, must be excellent in excel and procurement software.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Economics).
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, financial, or residential analysis roles.
  • Relevant experience in Procurement,
  • Familiarity with Procurement software.
  • Basic understanding of software licensing models.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

The role of procurement analyst involves providing support to senior management in procurement, operations, and external clients .

  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Manage elements of the supplier selection process, preparing and reviewing key documentation including PQQs, RFPs, ITTs, evaluation models, and interview materials.
  • Communicate confidently with suppliers and clients to manage tender queries, clarifications, and project updates.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of supplier bids using pre-defined and custom evaluation criteria.
  • Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review all vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain purchase records and other important data.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
