About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the development and implementation of H&T Group’s procurement and vendor management framework. This is a pivotal role ensuring that goods and services align with commercial, strategic, and customer needs while meeting quality standards, delivering value, and complying with regulatory and ESG requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and vendor management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Design and execute procurement strategies, leading end-to-end sourcing and negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and risk mitigation.
• Deliver exceptional stakeholder service while managing procurement processes within risk appetite.
• Identify and drive cost efficiency and avoidance opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement lifecycle.
• Ensure governance and compliance with regulations and ESG requirements, supporting sustainable procurement.
• Oversee procurement risk management, including monitoring and reporting.

Essential Requirements

• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, contract law, and supplier risk management.
• Proven experience developing and executing procurement strategies in a large organisation.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in procurement, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluent in English.
