Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Homeware Buyer based in North Manchester, IN, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Homeware Buyer will be responsible for selecting, sourcing, and negotiating product lines in the homeware category, ensuring a balance of quality, cost-effectiveness, and market appeal. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, maintaining supplier relationships, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The role requires a proactive approach to expand product offerings and maintain the company’s competitive edge.

• Proven skills in buying, negotiation, and supplier relationship management in the homeware or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
