Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Shoreham Airport for a Freight Operations Specialist, mainly specialising in Road and Air freight. The role involves overseeing daily freight operations, managing customer accounts, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and developing strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and working collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve operational efficiency
• Exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
• Experience in client relationship management
• Proficiency in Operations Management for seamless coordination
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to challenges
• Previous experience in freight or logistics
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Shoreham full-time
