As a Global Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic transformation initiatives across the Olympus supply chain network. You will lead global, cross-functional projects that enable digitalization, operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and enhanced customer experience.

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who combines deep supply chain expertise with strong business acumen, digital fluency, and the ability to influence and execute in a highly regulated, matrixed global environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead global supply chain transformation initiatives focused on digital enablement, cost reduction, and operational excellence
  • Manage major programs such as ERP and advanced planning system implementations, process digitalization, automation, and network optimization
  • Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliverables with measurable business value
  • Define governance structures, KPIs, and manage project scope, timelines, and financial performance
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to secure engagement and alignment for transformation initiatives
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new systems, tools, and processes
  • Enhance supply chain visibility, agility, and resilience through advanced analytics, automation, and digital platforms
  • Identify opportunities to optimize working capital, reduce supply chain costs, and improve service levels
  • Prepare executive-level reports and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across key functions to align goals and execution plans

Your qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain management, with proven success leading large-scale projects at a global scale
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage executive-level interactions
  • Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 10%)
