European Procurement Manager

Are you a procurement leader with experience sourcing natural ingredients for the flavour, fragrance, or food & beverage sectors?

We’re supporting a well-established international ingredients manufacturer to appoint a European Procurement Manager to lead raw material sourcing and manage a team of buyers across the UK and China. This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategic sourcing with day-to-day execution, supplier engagement, and market insight.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Procurement experience in flavours, fragrances, botanicals, citrus, or natural extracts
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading and developing procurement or buying teams
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset

This is a hybrid role based in Bury St Edmunds, offering autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape supplier strategy in a growing, globally recognised ingredients business.
