A great opportunity for an experienced Buyer/Sourcing professional to take ownership of sourcing strategy, supplier relationships and cost optimisation across key own-label categories.

What you’ll do

• Lead sourcing strategy and manage a strong, sustainable supply base
• Negotiate cost price changes and drive COGS reduction plans
• Analyse market trends and supply chain dynamics to spot risks and opportunities
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve availability and support new product development
• Run tenders and identify new suppliers to enhance commercial performance

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years’ buying experience in retail/wholesale
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience
• Good understanding of production, supply chain and own-label operations
• Confident analysing data and managing multiple projects
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
