📍 Location: Steven Bartlett’s HQ in Shoreditch, London (5 days/week in-office)

🤝 Works With: Procurement, Co-mans, Demand Planning, Brand, Ops

Overview

PerfectTed is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support our rapidly growing RTD (ready-to-drink) business. From matcha lattes to sparkling energy drinks, you’ll help keep our co-manufacturing timelines, materials, and processes tight, tracked and optimised.

Key Responsibilities

🥤 Production Planning Support

Maintain Excel run calendars, PO trackers and material availability tables
Collaborate with procurement to ensure matcha, cans, sleeves, and ingredients arrive on time
Submit batch run requests to co-mans and monitor confirmations
Managing supplier and co-man relationships
Cost optimisation / COGS tracking
Ensure all operational tasks for launches (packaging, co-man slots, materials) are completed on time so launches hit agreed dates.

📈 Cost & Data Management

Build trackers to log cost per unit (CPU) changes, run performance and overage/shrinkage
Reconcile actual production outputs vs planned quantities using Excel models
Help build margin models for new SKUs and cost projections

🔍 Quality Control & Communication

Review pre-run checklists, brief sheets, and spec confirmations
Keep cross-functional stakeholders updated on run timelines and risks
Flag discrepancies in QC documents, packaging dimensions, or material inputs

🚀 Launch Execution

Help operationalise new drinks, from packaging orders to trial run coordination
Work with Brand to ensure packaging, print deadlines and GTINs are aligned with operations
Support with post-launch run evaluations and reporting
Help ensure all RTD production runs happen on time, in full, with the right materials on site to hit customer launch and replenishment dates.

Requirements

✅ Must-Haves

2–3 years in CPG, food, beverage or supply chain operations
Very strong Excel skills
Highly organised and detail-focused
Confident communicator, especially over email with external vendors
Enthusiastic learner who thrives in fast-paced environments

💡 Nice-to-Haves

Experience supporting beverage or RTD production
Familiarity with Unleashed, Notion, or Airtable
Understanding of canning, Tetra Pak, or shelf-stable product lines
