The Role

Serve as a point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional support via phone and email

Accurately process customer orders, ensuring compliance with stock levels, pricing, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to track order status and resolve any issues

Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies

Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery accuracy

Monitor stock levels and alert relevant teams to potential shortages or delays

Schedule collections and deliveries with logistics providers

Prepare delivery documentation (packing lists, labels, shipping notes) as required

Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries to customers and distribution partners

Create and maintain product records in ERP or inventory systems

Input product specifications, pricing, and categorisation details accurately

Support updates to product catalogues, BOMs (bills of materials), and system data as neededSkills:

Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics support role-ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment

Familiarity with supply chain processes, order systems, and transport coordination

Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Sage)

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
