I'm recruiting for a brilliant Procurement / Purchasing Administrator role, ideal for someone with admin or office experience, or anyone who has transferable skills and who's looking for a long-term opportunity!

Key Details

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour / £25,400 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8am-6pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (long-term applicants only - no stop gaps)

Start Date: January

Location: Fully office based

About the Role

My client is looking for a switched-on, detail-focused individual to support their procurement team. You don't need direct procurement experience - just good admin skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, "can do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Raising and processing purchase orders

Managing and checking invoices

Preparing reports for the accounts team

Using systems such as Oracle

General admin duties to support the wider procurement function

What My Client Is Looking For

Previous office or administrative experience

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Someone proactive, quick to learn, and confident using systems

A positive attitude and willingness to help
