Procurement Manager (BESS + Solar)

Recruiting for a driven and experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement & supply chain function across large-scale BESS and solar PV projects. This role is key in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Key responsibilities: Oversee procurement activities for full EPC scope of solar & BESS projects, including modules, inverters, HV/MV electrical equipment, battery systems and balance of plant Manage end-to-end procurement process, including tender preparation, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and purchase orders to meet project needs Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and OEMs, including managing framework agreements Manage global and domestic logistics activities, customs processes and storage of long-lead equipment Manage supply and subcontract agreements under vendor specific terms Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within renewables, electrical infrastructure or EPC contracting Experience in delivering utility-scale energy or infrastructure projects A strong knowledge and understanding of solar PV, BESS and other related equipment Proven experience in using project management platforms Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel Excellent communication and negotiation skills
