Position Overview
The Supply Chain Data & Systems Specialist manages key product and pricing data across global systems to support smooth supply chain operations. You’ll maintain the central product database, oversee item creation on ERP and internal systems, manage cost price sheets, and support stock reconciliation and inventory batch reviews. You’ll also handle data accuracy across portals, price lists, and promotions. This role sits at the centre of our system and data integrity efforts, supporting regional teams with consistent, reliable information to drive operations.
You’ll need attention to detail, a methodical and analytical approach to data management, and the ability to work independently. Confidence with technology and systems, particularly Excel and ERP tools, is critical. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset are also essential.
Main Job Tasks Responsibilities
· Own and maintain the Group Central Product Database to ensure timely accurate data and support system consistency across global functions.
· Manage item creation on ERP and internal system platforms.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost price calculation sheets to support purchasing, demand planning and pricing analysis.
· Coordinate stock reconciliation activities with 3PL partners and internal teams.
· Support the build, update, and distribution of Group Price Lists and Promotional Pricing.
· Manage portal data integrity, including regular audits and alignment with master data.
· Perform inventory batch management reviews and collaborate with to regional heads to manage short dated and expired stock.
· Prepare annual Supply Chain Budget and manage monthly budgetary reviews.
· Support reporting and documentation needs across Group Supply Chain functions.
· Support additional responsibilities or project tasks as directed by the Group Supply Chain Manager.
Key Competencies
· Advanced Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
· High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
· Comfortable managing structured data in multiple systems.
· Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
· Proactive, methodical, and systems-driven approach to problem-solving.
Experience
· Must have experience in a data or systems coordination role, preferably in supply chain or operations.
· Previous knowledge of working on ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or BCI is preferred.
· Familiarity with product master data, cost management, or pricing workflows is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
