Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maidstone for a Logistics Operative. The Logistics Operative will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating the movement of goods, and ensuring accurate documentation for both domestic and international shipments. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, handling inquiries, managing stock levels, and supporting supply chain operations to ensure efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, solve problems, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Export operations, including logistics coordination and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role is preferred.
