They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain. As they Supply Chain Manager you will ensure the timely flow of goods from suppliers to production. You will lead a team and drive efficiency, directly contributing to the company's operational success and high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor and expedite deliveries, resolving any delays promptly.
- Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to material supply.
- Forecast stock needs and manage product shelf life.
- Support new product development with ingredient implementation.
- Manage the phase-out of delisted product materials.
- Coach and mentor team members for professional growth.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a fast-paced supply chain management role.
- A background in food production or manufacturing is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with high attention to detail.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 3 times per week in their office in North London.
The salary bracket for this position is from £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits.
